Support through loss and change.

Some changes reshape more than the circumstances around you. They can shift your relationships, your sense of self, and how you understand the life you’re living. Therapy can offer space to process those changes and find your footing within them.

I support children, teens, and adults through a range of experiences, with particular focus in the following areas.

Pet Loss & Anticipatory Grief

The relationship we share with an animal companion can be one of the most meaningful and consistent in our lives, and the loss of a beloved pet can be devastating.

I have specialized training in pet loss bereavement, including the anticipatory grief that can accompany caring for an aging or ill animal. I support clients navigating difficult decisions, end-of-life care, guilt, loss, and the adjustment that follows.

Pet grief can feel invisible or misunderstood by others. I provide a space where the significance of that relationship and loss are taken seriously, with compassion and understanding.

Grief & Loss

Grief can take many forms. The death of someone we love, the end of a relationship, or a future that did not unfold as planned can leave us feeling deeply changed.

Grief is not a problem to solve, but rather an experience to be carried, witnessed, and made meaning of. Whether your loss is recent or years old, you deserve a space where the full weight of what has been lost can be acknowledged.

Therapy can provide space to process what has changed, honor what mattered, and find ways to carry your loss while continuing forward.

Life Transitions

Change can disrupt our sense of direction, stability, and what feels familiar, even when it is something we chose or worked toward.

I support clients navigating transitions involving relationships, family dynamics, school, career, relocation, caregiving, retirement, and other changes that reshape daily life and our sense of self. For women, these transitions may also include perimenopause, menopause, and the expectations and pressures that can shape different stages of womanhood.

Therapy can provide space to slow down, make sense of what is changing, and explore how you want to move into what comes next.
